Hadley Decker was named HCAC pitcher of the week for her two starts against Alma and Rose-Hulman.
Decker posted a fantastic 0.57 era. Against Alma, the freshman picked up the first win of her collegiate career. She threw 15.2 innings over her two starts, striking out 10 batters and allowing only one earned run.
Unfortunately, her strong performance did not result in two victories. She posted a 1-1 record.
In her start against Rose-Hulman, Decker threw a complete game, only allowing four hits and three walks.
The Ravens’ defense made five errors in the game, allowing four runs, all unearned, to come across. Rose-Hulman picked up a 4-2 victory.
