Movie review: ‘Moana’ tells the story of a powerful princess
If you haven’t seen the new Disney animated picture Moana yet, do yourself a favor and do so, even though finals are fast approaching. “Home” senior gallery brings Korean culture to AU
Korean language and culture is the focus of visual communication design major Heajin Bae’s senior exhibition in the Wilson Gallery. Candles and Carols: large performance, small crew
Candles and Carols has been a holiday tradition at AU for 52 years. The show celebrates the holiday season with the different performance groups at AU. This year, Candles and Carols took place on Friday, Dec. 2 and featured more than 250 student performers. With such a massive production, a committed crew was needed backstage. ‘Deathtrap’ set to entice audience with murder
Rick Vale, the stage director of “Deathtrap,” the upcoming fall play at AU, says that “this show is described as a ‘comic thriller’ because it has elements of a murder-mystery as told in a comic way.” Vale and the cast have been rehearsing since Oct. 24, so they will have only been working on the show for a little over a month by the time it premieres. Student band to perform at Indy’s “Circle of Lights”
One of Indiana’s most cherished traditions, the Indy Circle of Lights, is in its 54th year this Christmas season. Dr. Lauren Winner will be visiting AU as part of the Truth, Faith, and Service speaker series. The series focuses on the values found on the AU seal: utilitas (service), fidelitas (faith), and veritas (truth).
