Professor Anna Stumpf inspires initiative in students
Anna Stumpf was catching up with her past student and friend, Hannah Huffman, when one of her current students, Gabby Clemente, walked into her office with a huge grin on her face. Chapel QR codes cause trouble
Students returning to campus this fall semester have encountered many changes. Perhaps one of the most significant changes is the new chapel QR code scanning system. Last year chapel credit was given using a scanning system where students could use their student IDs to scan in and out of chapel. Senior Mak Holland was driving home last Monday when she decided to stop by the Salvation Army, where the campus ministry Juvenile Justice will be meeting regularly this school year. Mweu and Crays prepare to lead SGA
On Friday, March 9, Victor Mweu and Liam Crays waited to hear the news of whether or not they would be serving as AU’s student body president and vice president during the 2018-19 academic year. The results came in with Mweu and Crays receiving 80 percent of students electing them as the new campus leaders. On Jan. 14, video storyteller Mark Dawson’s short film “White RiverStories” was featured at the Indiana Forest Alliance’s Wild & Scenic Film Festival that took place at the Buskirk-Chumley Theatre in Bloomington, Indiana. Mark Dawson began his filmmaking career at AU as a mass communications major.
