Provost Morris to resign after current school year
At the end of the current school year, Dr. Marie Morris will be resigning from her position as Provost at AU. Morris was named provost in 2011 following a two-year role as dean and vice president of academic affairs on campus, and is currently serving her twelfth year at AU. Wilson Gallery welcomes modernist works
The Wilson Gallery has recently opened its exhibit showcasing items from AU’s permanent collection housed on campus. Dance majors remain optimistic for coming year
Last school year ended in disappointment for many of the dance majors on campus. The cancellation of Spring into Dance, a professor-choreographed show put on by the dance department, stopped the senior dance majors from having their last chance to showcase their talents on the Reardon stage. Tri-S trips canceled amidst growth of COVID-19
AU, along with countless other organizations and colleges, has recently had to cancel various planned events, trips and programs to counteract the growing COVID-19 epidemic that is rapidly stretching across the world. AU to honor women’s suffrage with centennial event
This year will mark the 100-year anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the constitutional right to vote.
