Fresh faces to lead AU sports teams

Along with the new faculty and staff on campus, a plethora of new coaches joined the Ravens this year.  Women’s basketball, women’s golf, cross country and the Ravens football team were the teams with the biggest hires.  On June 11, AU announced the new head women’s basketball coach, Jon Gin.  Gin graduated from the University of North Florida and started his coaching career as an intern with the women’s basketball team at Florida State University. Long-vacant campus pastor role filled

The 2021-22 school year has brought about many changes—especially new faculty and staff members. Among them is AU alumnus Josh Tandy, who has assumed the long-vacant position of campus pastor. Tandy graduated from AU in 2006 with a degree in Bible and religion. After graduating, he worked in youth ministry at a small church in Illinois.
