Arts and worship collide during Vision Revision week

It’s Vision Revision week on AU’s campus. Vision Revision, which has been part of AU’s spiritual life since at least 1980, is “an intentional week to focus on faith through the arts,” said Becca Palmer, director of spiritual formation. AU senior, Peyton Bennett, receives Orr Fellowship

Peyton Bennett is a senior visual communication design major from Cincinnati, Ohio, whose career has organically grown out of his studies. Recently, it was announced that Bennett has received a coveted Orr Fellowship. In high school, Bennett was a trumpet player and made the All-State Jazz Band. Grad school fair Thursday, March 8

Anderson ranked 43rd safest Indiana city

This year, the city of Anderson was named to the list of the safest cities in Indiana according to the National Council for Home Safety and Security. Anderson is ranked 43 of the 58 cities mentioned. Impact Your World week features AU alumni Matt Ingalls, special services

Impact Your World week, which takes place this week, has been a spiritual tradition at AU for many years. It is a compelling week where a guest speaker comes to share testimonies and to encourage students to go out into the world to disciple. Michelle Obama speaks in Indianapolis

Housing changes prepare for large incoming class

Due to a high number of incoming freshman, AU Housing has made the decision to designate Morrison and Martin Halls as freshman dorms. All second-year female students will be housed in Myers Hall beginning this fall. Installation of large American flag causes campus controversy

When Storage of America purchased the former Warner Press building on Fifth Street and installed a large American flag on the property, they likely did not anticipate the heated discussion it would prompt on the AU campus next door. Women’s March calls for increased political involvement nationwide
