Small groups have proven to be great opportunities for students with similar struggles or lifestyles to come together to create connections. The new group on campus, “After the Whistle,” does just that for AU athletes. Senior Braden Mikel and other campus leaders found a lack of community within the athletic teams on campus. Tallent cements his place in AU football history
During his freshman season, Zac Tallent recorded 17 catches in one game, one shy of the Anderson record at that time of 18. Soccer field recently named “Fridley Field”
Just a few weeks ago during homecoming, Head Men’s Soccer Coach Scott Fridley received an unexpected gift. Between the men’s and women’s soccer games, a sign for the newly named “Fridley Field” soccer field was revealed. Fridley has been head soccer coach at AU since 1994. Maubach dives into head coaching position
Emma Maubach, a 2020 graduate of Anderson University, was recently named interim head coach of the Ravens swim and dive team. Maubach, a swimmer herself, was a freshman at Anderson during the team’s first ever swim season in 2016. Maubach swam breaststroke and backstroke during her four years at Anderson and began swimming more distance races for the Ravens during her junior and senior seasons.
