Fake artifacts, real remains and the ethical dilemma of museum displays

As October begins, you may see the Halloween decorations of mummies or skeletons in the lawns of your neighborhood. Behind the scenes of Grace Horizon: A new campus ministry

As we go: alumni revisit AU during 2024 Homecoming

Last week Friday and Saturday, alumni ravens were welcomed back to AU for the 2024 Homecoming Family Weekend. Friday, Oct. 11, hosted the opening of Murder on the Orient Express, an orchestra concert, multiple athletic sporting events and of course the favorite traditional luminaries. Murder on the Orient Express opens Oct. 12

Boze Lyric Theatre will present Murder on the Orient Express in Byrum Hall starting Oct. 12. The play, adapted by Ken Ludwig from the Agatha Christie novel of the same name, concerns a train laden with passengers in the night, yet one fewer in the morning when one traveler is found deceased. Thy Kingdom Come: Diversity and inclusion through new future mural on campus

On Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 7:30 p.m., over 35 students gathered in the Alley to meet with Brian Martin about his upcoming mural project and to learn more about the importance of this mural. AU encourages political awareness to celebrate National Constitution Day

As the U.S. enters the presidential election season, AU has recognized the importance of having students be politically aware while equipping them with the skills and education to think critically and engage in civil discourse on a variety of topics. Anderson University triumphs over Oberlin College in 20-6 victory

On Sep. 14, 2024, AU achieved a significant 20-6 victory over Oberlin College in a football game characterized by pivotal moments and standout performances. The match commenced with Oberlin College taking an early lead following a 59-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter. Bushels of fun at Fall Fest

The Fall Fest took place on Sept. 13, 2024 in the Smartin courtyard from 7-9 p.m. This event included a bonfire for s'mores, pumpkin painting and candied apples that you could put your own toppings on. An amusement center based in Indianapolis, hosted perhaps the most popular activity: axe throwing by Anarchy Axe Throwing! The excitement of the Olympics reaches Anderson University

A tradition that spans sixteen centuries and dozens of countries took place at Anderson University grounds on Saturday, Sept. 7. Under an 80 degree sweltering sun, almost 100 students from every traditional and non-traditional hall gathered to represent their dormitories. “The heart of public service:” CPS hosts 50th anniversary gala

Current students and alumni were brought together to celebrate 50 years of the Center for Public Service (CPS) here at AU last Saturday, Sept. 7 with around 100 attendees.
